The base seems to be one of those beach umbrella holder (but i could be wrong).
I hope i dont have to pay you the copyright if - and when- i will decide to make a target stand *grins*

Yes, you're right Enoch, the base of the Target Stand is a beach umbrella holder.
I had this idea from Robby.
And the good thing is, you don't need much money to built the Target Stand.
