The "Making of" Gallery - Rachel McCollough

This new Gallery replaces the former "Masters Gallery", which will work from now on as pure archive. Here you will find not only the work and art from folks who sell whips, but also from folks, who create their whips out of pure passion. And we have an additional gallery. It is called "The Gallery - Making of".

Excellent work Rachel.
I can imagine working with the blend of old with new was a little challenging and fiddly.

Thank you, Ron! It took around 30 minutes to look everything over and make a plan. About an hour of plaiting and it was fixed, then of course the waxing. I just dropped strands and added strands as needed to meld the new in.

Thanks for the explanation.
Great job. Making something old and broken, functional again is a big deal.

Wow, Rachel. The flow of the whip is amazing, it makes the throw look effortless.

Thanks, Ron!

Thank you, Julia! I hope so, they are sanded to 1200 grit. They still have a little few tool marks if you look close.

Mr. Robert, Flemming, thank you! More to come!!

Rachel, this is what makes the difference between a whip maker and a great whip maker.
Very nice.
