Hi All,
Finally I find the time to post some magnificent photos taken by Mario Desgronte concerns regarding the Whip Basics Review # 36 available in two versions:
Mobile: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PCSlJw8JPb0
Pc: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7mL1-GRPnrI&t=403s
Dear Robby, as you probably know, I can't find the rigth words to express my gratitude for your beautiful and professional rewiev.
I like so much the text and the tone of the review you have been using whole professional and polite.
A big thanks from my side.
Giovanni
Here some specs of the whip:
In order to give a sense of continuity between the twisted spirals of handle and the pattern of the knot on the body of the whip, this time i've chose a unusual knot, it doesn't have a specific name.
This knot is tyed in: 11 lead and 10 bight.
For the same reason you'll see two little gaucho knot: one over the handle grip and the other knot over the thong.
The junction handle - thong was binded with artificial sinew in each layers.
- Twisted handle with iron spike
- Leather filler and leather core
- 4 plait kangaroo belly
- Leather bolster
- 4 plait kangaroo belly
- 12 plait kangaroo overlay
- Rounded leather fall
- Nylon cracker
- Two gaucho knots
- One unusual knot tyed in: 11 lead and 10 bight
Here he pics:

Thank you so much Robby, Morten and Fritz!!!
Re. Lace i have never used precut laces, i cut them using aussie strander.
Then paring and bevel the laces and then i strech it.
I do this for two reasons:
1 Testing the strain of the single strand
2 to compress better the inner layer of the thong.
