Philbert, I agree.

Mr. Einar, thank you very much!

Lots of praise, here. Time for a little pat on Rachel's back head, I think.
Rachel - your work is really good. No doubt about that. But I ask myself,
where your shop's homepage is. The point is, that you do a great job.

But you deserve more attention. Much more.

Robby, i've been wondering the same thing too.

Rachel, do you have a shop page?

Obviously not... But she should.

Robby, agreed, she's really consistent in her work and i would love to own one of those solid color ones when i get a chance to move.

Wow!
Thank you, Philbert,
Thank you, Robby. Thank you.
This is a lot to think about.
Of course, I don't have a shop website yet, and I'm not sure exactly how to go about setting one up- seller and return policies, etc.
Business name, so on.
I reckon I have a lot to think about...
And a lot of work to do. Wow.

Now's when I wish I had the "Shut up and take my money!" meme readily available.

Rachel, are you doing the whole thong in diamond plait?
That would be a little more time consuming but I really like that idea.
That looks very good as usual. :)

No sir, just a little diamond, in black!
Thank you, Ron. This one is for another very special nephew.

That looks awesome, does it take up more cord then usual to do a full thong of diamond plait?

Looks nice and straight Rachel. That is a time consuming plait, but it adds a nice visual touch. I think it stiffens the thong also, and adds some springiness

Looking good Rachel! It looks like you have a good handle on tensioning the diamond plait.

Thanks Philbert, to be honest I am a one trick pony. I've never done a full diamond plait thong, but maybe some of our MUCH more experienced Masters could answer that for you. I would venture to say not a lot more- if you're x2 your length for a single strand I'm fairly certain you'd still have plenty.

Roy thank you, that was exactly what I was wanting it to do- add a bit of natural stiffness and springiness. Your thoughts then tell me I am on the right track. I really appreciate it!

Devin I must have been typing!
It is really good to hear from experienced hands.
Thanks very much, every bit of advice you and our other experienced makers give is really helpful.
I hope to work on some more plait types soon, in between...

It still looks super intricate. High plait counts always do, to me.

Thanks, Jessie- it's just like weaving in the round....on a bias...

That looks great Rachel! I find that a very tedious plait to do, time wise so it's always impressive to see :)
