Oh I feel you. I get them in person, so I can only imagine what it must be like online. Those kinds of comments only help to make the industry more awkward for all of us.

For those who can see it, it's in the FAQ as well.
You are so generous with your knowledge Tyler.
Thank you for sharing it with us.

Jesse, part of me thinks I should be used to it by now but the other part says, " why should we have to get used to idiots?" :)

You bet Ron!

Took the words right out of my mouth, Tyler. It gets worse after demonstrations or performances with my partner. Freaking people...ugh...

Ah, don't say that, Ron. That is not fair. You totally forgot about the idiots. The funny bunnies.
To be honest - when you reduce the world to an ocean and put just a few islands somewhere into this ocean, you can compare
those islands with the "normal" people. Not rude, but friendly. Open instead of insulting others out of anonymity.

The rest - the water - represents the rude ones. The idiots. The funny bunnies. The good people are fighting a desperate fight
against idiocy. Unfortunately they fight with sticks, stones and arguments. The idiots have nuclear weapons...

Mr Tyler I'm was catching up on posts and just checked out your last few whips. Again I just wanted to let you know that You Are The Man. I am so glad that you are a part of this forum. I know that you and all the other members of the ring inspire me to get better. The other members of the forum do as well. That is what is so great about WB the people. Sorry got side tracked. The whip with the wooden heel and transition knob is absolutely bad ass. I was thinking about trying to make some for the transition as well but I was concerned that I might break it while trying to drill out the hole. I don't have a drill press. I have to give to you and Mr Roy they look better than I imagined. Thanks for continuing to set the bar high.

Thanks so much for the kind words Johnny :) I can't really offer any advice on drilling the hole, but maybe you ciuld use one of those press attachments? I have one that hooks up to a standard drill, although I hardly ever use it.

Wow, that's cool! It is kind of steam punkish.

Thank you Bobbi! I thought that too, I haveplansto explore some steampunk themes later on...

Thanks Erik! Here's another Night Sky, this one has a wooden knob from Roy and some custom work on it. I think I did a better job of aging the handle on this one too :

Excellent job Tyler.
Yeah, you're the man.
Did you do the engraving?

Thank you Robby!

Thanks Robert and Ron! Ron, yes I did- it's not actually engraved, it's a chemical etch that's done by masking the part that will stay shiny and then aging the brass, and then removing the mask. All freehand- I find that part very challenging!

"Don't Tread On Me" - I like it.

Lovely cord colour there Tyler. It all goes together perfectly.
