Maybe I did, Maybe I didn't.

Actually I have an idea using the buffing wheel on my bench grinder to shape leather wrapped around the butt for the Turks head foundation. I've seen people use a belt sander to do this. I need to wrap the handle with tape to protect it though.

I'd be lying if I told you there's no pressure, but I think there's at least as much excitement as there is pressure so it kinda cancels out!

Just a heads up for everyone.

The deadline is closing up fast and there are still plenty of whips to be delivered. The timetable is long enough that it's easy to procrastinate -- I know that because I have a tendency to do so myself -- but don't let the deadline creep up on you.

First belly rolled and bound. Hope to have the whole thing completed by the end of this coming week (or weekend at the very latest)!

My Whip Swap Whip is currently on a hook about 4ft to the right. I have about 2ft of the overlay done and just completed the first strand drop. I'm hoping to get it completed this week and shipped out.

Belly one done, need to get going with it just been pretty sick lately but should be finished by end of next week

Thank you. Fortunately nothing serious just a boutique of bad flu. But pulling strands tires me out quickly. Feeling much better today so should be able to get some done tonight
