Wow, Rachel, that's beautiful plaiting. The transitions between the different plaits are perfect. That's something I still struggle with.

Thanks, Mark! Looks to me like you're doing very well! I have a lot to learn..... And I don't think I will ever run out of new things to learn in making whips!

Very nice looking, Rachel! I like the bug. ;)

Thanks, Scott! I felt bad for the bug. He looked so lonely; I chose to include him. He said he was feeling kind of empty, and appeared to people only a shell of what he once was. Poor fella

Beautiful whip Rachel! I love the way you change the plaiting configuration along the thong. It looks very unique and professional.

Bug.

Bug.

Bug. Damnit.

The whip sure is pretty. The bug parts kind of took me by surprise. *shiver*

Jess thanks! Just think of the shell as bug rawhide ;)

It reminded me of when I was a kid during summer, those cicada husks were handy tools for scaring your sister if there was nothing else to amuse you ;)

Great looking whip, Rachel - but the bug.... Thank goodness we have no such fauna in Britain!
