The making of whip #2

Boy howdy do I have a long way to go.
I'm still having trouble with dropping strands smoothly.
Dropping when it starts to get crowded is not an easy thing to do for me. (yet)
However this whip is light years ahead of #1.
The handle is semi straight but could be a lot straighter.

The taper is very subtle it doesn't show it well but it's very even all the way down.
There is also a lot of twisting it seems too.
Even though I am not happy with it, it's a big improvement.

Now to see how it cracks when it's complete.
(the fun part)

It's ok if you disagree with me.
I can't force you to be right.

That's a super looking whip. Don't fret about the little twist in the overlay, quite a lot of it went away with the rolling anyway. Maybe give it another roll for good measure.
The taper is very smooth and drawn across the whole length, and we know from the construction updates that the binding is second to none.
I think you have a very fine whip there. You'll see, once the knots are done, it'll look really good.
Well done Ron, you did a splendid job there.
