Type 1 Pineapple knots tend to be the easiest to tighten up neatly when using smaller cord, at least for me. Because with a multiple pass casa knot the strands always want to switch sides and get all rearranged when tightening.
When calculating the parts & bights needed I would start with the knot I usually use with 550 cord, and then multiply the parts & bights by the comparative width of the flattened 275. For example if I was using cord that was one third the width of 550 cord I would multiply the parts & bights by three to get the knot I am going to use.
