Rachel, that's super! (I was glad to see the photos with Diesel: not being very familiar with saddles, I couldn't quite work out how it functioned from the pictures with the fence post! :P )

How cool! What a good idea, Rachel! Diesel is a good boy. He has really interesting color. Is he working or on a trail ride?

I know the secret.

I also think the shelter campaign should probably be discussed soon.

We sold most of our saddles so a fence post it was! I oriented my whip that way on the post in the keeper to show it would hold tight.

Thanks, Roger! I found when you put on a buckle, fold and backplait to join, it's imperetive to make certain that last 6" of plait was looser so you have room to backplait. That have me fits, I will admit ;)

Ron and WS, thanks! I'm not certain what he was doing that particular day, but I know Diesel is in the mountain trails a good bit.
He is indeed a beauty. His color is great, the whip was planned to match him and the keeper really needed to be made that way as well!

Secret? Me? Keep a secret? Nooooooooo.......

That looks great Rachel. Flat braiding paracord is not the easiest thing to make look good. You did an excellent job
