Ah! Well there we go. Erik made a good suggestion, English Fall sounds good for a cow whip then if no one has any protest 
I figured it had been done before, I don't recall seeing it on a cow whip as a fall but as plaited from the tip like an English eye.
I like it's not difficult to mAke or tie on compared to the added benefit.
