It may be that the language setting is set to German.
To change this, proceed as follows:
1. Click on your name at the top right
2. Click on „persönlicher Bereich“
3. Click on „Einstellungen“
4. in the middle You find: „Meine Sprache“
Here you can choose English US or Britisch english.
