The "Making of" Gallery - Tyler Blake

This new Gallery replaces the former "Masters Gallery", which will work from now on as pure archive. Here you will find not only the work and art from folks who sell whips, but also from folks, who create their whips out of pure passion. And we have an additional gallery. It is called "The Gallery - Making of".

Tyler, I thought I had commented on this, but either my phone or my memory were playing tricks on me ;)

This whip is really special, I think. The taper, the colors; it is a work of art.

As always, great work, Tyler.
The copper ferrules look so beautiful in combination with the copper cord (is it copper - used in the knots ?).

Thanks Roy, Rachel and Nadine :)

Nadine, the cord on the thong is coyote and the knots are rust and chocolate.

I recently finished this set for a very nice photographer in Hong Kong. This took me months and months- a 6.5 foot set of black bullwhips, 2 3 foot red and black snakes and a 4 foot blue and black snake.

That's quite a set, Tyler. Nice work!
I'll give it a try, Dad, but it's going to be really hard...kind of like trying to saw something in half using a banana.

Very nice set. I especially like the blue one, but blue's my favorite color, so...

What a nice set! I want a nice light matched pair. I would like to learn 2-handed cracking.

Thanks Jessie! If I can make a suggestion, make yourself a pair of 5 footers for two handed cracking. I find that a good balance of "whoosh" and not wearing yourself out too bad. One of the best reasons, I find, to learn two handed cracking is that it helps my left handed cracking tremendously. It's like your dominant side teaches your non dominant side how to do it. :)
