Prices & Winners - 2017

Well... We have an annual whip lottery, in which everybodey can participate. And the money for the tickets goes - exactly; to the doggies. And to avoid any possible "misunderstandings" - with an official contribution receipt...!

  Prices & Winners - 2017

Post by Robby Amper »

Pretty simple. Like we had it the years before.

1.
Watch the video of the drawing.

2.
Have a good time, watching the video with those strange three folks, having a good time :)

3.
If you won - contact the donator of your prize. It's all said & explainded in the video.

4.
The donator will tell you how much the shipping is to your place.

5.
You send your donator the money.

6.
When the donator has the money, he/she will send your prize to your home.

And before somebody asks and drives me totally ape shit...

No. The donators will NOT send your prize at their expense. They give you something
for free. So DO NOT ask, if you have to pay for the shipping.
Thank you.

7.
When you receive your prize, it would be only a matter of showing respect and politeness, to take some pictures
and post a little something right here in this thread. Right?

8.
Start to save for the donation campaign 2018...! :)

Knock, knock... Anyone home? I'm just wondering if anybody contacted his respective donator in the meantime. I don't have a list. And even if I had - I wouldn't tell anyone that he won something. I mean...we made a video for that, right? So let me tell you this... If anybody won something, but does not watch the video/contacts his or her donator within two weeks, the donator should keep the respective price. Keep it for himself, sell it or puts it in as donation for next years donation campaign.

I mean - if somebody is interested if and/or what he has won... I would watch the vid and contact the donator.
Well. I would do that...

So - anyone who knows what he/she will recieve? Any of the donators had been contacted by a lucky winner?

Robby, I was contacted by Rachel, for Garret's win of the puppy whip I made.
I got the address and it's already on it's way to him.
It should take about 5 to 7 days to arrive.

Robby, I've asked Jessie about the shipping cost for what I call 'The Lucy Whip'.

I may be the first past the post, if you'll pardon the pun.

Roy's donation whip arrived today, along with some goodies from Whip Nation. ;) I apologize for the quality of the photo, but I couldn't seem to find good light today.

Truth be told, I have never been a fan of wooden handled whips. I may now officially be a convert! What a great little whip. It's light, it's fast, and it's nimble. I can crack it, quite literally, with a flick of the wrist. I am going to have a LOT of fun with this whip!

I believe that Roy calls this a "Gator Tail" and I don't think that it is an item that he regularly sells. If you can get him to make you one, go for it! I may try to convince him to make one for my wife, as I have a sneaking suspicion she may abscond with this when she sees it. Wish me luck... ;)

Nice job and thanks, Roy!
I'll give it a try, Dad, but it's going to be really hard...kind of like trying to saw something in half using a banana.

I've contacted Raplh and will be sending his whip this week. I've also contacted Ethan and am waiting for a price quote.

Last I checked The whip I sent to Jesse is sitting on his front porch!
Here's wishing you find time for the things you want to do, and for the things you need to do.

Jeff, I just got home and opened it. It is beautiful. Thank you, sir. I'll be making a video in the next few days to show it.

Ben and I both contacted each other about the whip he won. I am in the middle of hunting for a box that they will allow me to insure sending across. They said no insurance if it went in a used box, so I'm trying to avoid that.
Now and then we had a hope that if we lived and were good, God would permit us to be pirates.

Great! Yep, Mike Murphy always did beautiful work. I wish I could make whips half as well as he did.

Jeff, it targets really well. I'll have to order one of yours as well. From what I've seen of your whips, they look pretty good.

Was absolutely delighted to open my paackage and see this. Rubbed a little Pecard's on the fall, and went outside to crack immediately. My goodness, is she a beauty, both to crack and to look at.

I wrote back to Robert about Lucy and we have fiendish plans in the works.

...and Sparky is all paid and set up to send his whip to my nephew Adam, who was actually the winner of the whip. My name was in the pot by mistake, but all is well. Adam's papa paid for the shipping and it will be on the way to America tomorrow. I will take a video of Adam using it when he gets it.

And Robby, excellent use of the phrase "ape shit." I will make you a Wisconsinite yet. Bravo! You really aren't fluent in English until you can swear like a Cheesehead.
