First men in the moon
Do you remember that movie? Where an crew, combined from a whole lot of nations land on the moon, and they discover an old british flag that says that the moon is part of the British empire and from now on is under the command of Queen Victoria. In the year of the Lord 1890. First they say: "That must be a fake!" But soon they discover that anyone must have brought it up there...
The film was made in 1964. Ray Harryhausen did all the stop motion effects and Charles H. Schneer was the Director.
Here's a video link. I hope it works... http://www.imdb.com/videoplayer/vi937952281
I remember Professor Cavor and his fantastic invention. "Cavorit"
Anyone else?

You are a much more awesome nerd than me. I specifically went out and rented this movie and had just watched it because poor Robby had no fellow nerds to love this movie with. At first I thought I had missed something, but then I remembered Mysterious Island had wasps....Still a nerd. My nerd was just fresher nerd than yours this time.

Michael, for me it was the Morlocks that lived underground that scared me. I hated the glowing eyes in the darkness of the underground machine works.
