Thanks Robert, Ron and Matt!
Robert I think that might be the angle (the camera was on the ground) but I'll look at it next time I try ^_^
Matt, you're right about that! I must be too used to doing the volley XD

Give a man a fire and he's warm for the day. But set fire to him and he's warm for the rest of his life.

Sven, Sparky, both of you did a great job!
Sven, what helped me with the fith crack (first part of the crossover) was to pay close attention to the position of the forearm, wrist and hand. To me it looks like you are sometimes keeping your hand at an slight "angle" towards the end of the forward motion insted of having it aligned with your forearm. The first crossover crack which you have done in your video is very good and on that first one your hand is aligned with your forearm!
Sparky, there is nothing more in terms of constructive crititcism that I could add that hasn't been said before. I realy like the flow/performance of your whip!
All the best

Thank you Ben.
Sorry Sparky, I missed your video. The first routine from the side looks very clean. The second one is a bit hard to see for me, but I'm watching on my small smartphone screen, so yeah...
Anyway, keep going.
I tried to incorperate all your tips and tricks and training went a bit better, but I'm still not pleased with it. Maybe I'm to harsh on myself, still got a lot of days left to practice.

Here's another video of me trying to do my best.
I hope I interpreted all your tips in the right way.
It's difficult in that you need to stay focused and remember how to do each crack in a slightly new way.
Well, we'll keep practicing.

Here's today's practice. My fast figure 8 was a bit sloppy today, but I'm keeping my elbow further outwards and I hope I'mm turning my body a bit more.

Matt, thanks for the video.
It appears that the second part of the 8 is still not quite in the same plane as the first part. This one is a tricky one for me. I tend to take the handle out at an angle before circling back to make the crack.
But nice progress. It's definitely an improvement.

It's ok if you disagree with me.
I can't force you to be right.

Sven, your video shows some great improvement - congratulations!
Matt, congratulations on your progress too!
I did skip a day of practice during the last couple of days but that won't happen again. Yesterdays practice fealt very good. I haven't made any major progress but it fealt very, very good to forget about anything that bothers me at the moment and to completely focus on one thing - whipcracking.
All the best
