This is the Gallery of Giovanni Celeste

This new Gallery replaces the former "Masters Gallery", which will work from now on as pure archive. Here you will find not only the work and art from folks who sell whips, but also from folks, who create their whips out of pure passion. And we have an additional gallery. It is called "The Gallery - Making of".

Gio what beautifully made ART!I really love the nuances of the color! Is the plaited cracker artificial sinew? That is another higher level of craftsmanship just on the cracker!
Well Done!

That's beautiful. You can't even tell it's plaited until you look close. It's absolutely smooth.

Awesome Gio! That is a very elegant whip- the tapered handle goes great with the lack of transition knot.

This is elegance brought to life Gio. From handle down to cracker, a thing of great beauty.

Hi Guys,
Here below another to works recently done.
The first is a 6ft target whip dark brown ready to be shipped in New Jersey.
Re. pics, it was very difficult shoot a good pics because of the bad weather and the dark color of the whip.
I can guarantee that the whip will look more beautiful in person.
Here some specs of your whip:
HANDLE: because sometimes i think "less is more" you'll find on the handle two kind of pattern.
From the heel knot to the ring knot you'll can see diamond pattern of 16 strands for the first 10cm, eight seam braid of 16 strands for the first 10cm, diamond pattern to the end of the ring knot.
KNOTS: Pineapple style or gaucho knot.
In other words you'll see that the pattern of the knots, handle and thong of the whip are costantly alternate:
• Harringbone pattern on the handle heel knot
• Diamon pattern on the handle
• Harringbone pattern ( eight seam braid) on the handle
• Diamon pattern on the handle
• Harringbone pattern on the handle ring knot
• Harringbone pattern on the thong to the end of the whip

The second work is a braided bag ready for the Fashion Week in Paris.
The bag is made of 128 roo strands plaited in back braid.
Ps:The blue square you can see on the pics will be always present in each bag i will make in the future.
The reason is my second name “ Celeste” that means sky blue color.
I hope you like it
Kind Regards
Gio

Hi Ron, Thank you so much.
During the back braid i've dyed a very small part of the strand in light blue.
