This is the Gallery of Giovanni Celeste

This new Gallery replaces the former "Masters Gallery", which will work from now on as pure archive. Here you will find not only the work and art from folks who sell whips, but also from folks, who create their whips out of pure passion. And we have an additional gallery. It is called "The Gallery - Making of".

Hello All,
i'm glad to show you this new whip customed whip made for American customer.
The whip is 8' long 16 plt with 8 plt point and 8 plt wrist loop and standard 8'' handle.
The base project was the classic 16 plt bullwhip David Morgan style with the first 7'' of the thong plaited in 8-seam braid.
The customer request was:
To have a shorten grip look to 4 inches.
To have the Z engraved on the butt fondation
Here the whip, I hope you like it
Gio

Perfection, Gio!" Perfection! :)

(Isn't an 8-plait point rather unusual?)

That was my first thought too. Mind you, I expect the cords are a lot more narrow at the tip than paracord allowing for more strands.

Many thanks Jyri glad you like it.
Regarding the plaited point on a 12 or 16 plait whips usually tends to be the half of the overlay.
There is a little difference between 12 plt and 16 or more plaited whip.
12 plt whips are usually used as working whips, do the facts the strands at the end of the whips are much wider.
16 plt whips or more higther are used not just for a working whips but for accuracy targets or collecting..

Very beautiful, Mr. Robert said it best: "Perfection!"
The whole whip compliments the fantastic heel knot.
Excellent work, Gio!

Gio, that is a very nice whip indeed! Is the logo new, or have I just missed it before now? Either way, I like it. ;)
I'll give it a try, Dad, but it's going to be really hard...kind of like trying to saw something in half using a banana.

1997 – 2017
TWENTY YEARS WITH YOU❤️
Hello Guys,
I've just created and posted on Fb a short video.
This video tells my first twenty years of plaiting from the first cut to nowadays.
You can see pics and video of my works not only whips but also accessories such as bags, belts, walking sticks, bracelets and many more.

First of all I’d like to thank my friend Robert Amper and Whip Basics.
Thanks Robert for trusting me.
I’d like to deeply thank everyone who has trusted me from the beginning and all those who will continue to trust me because it has helped me so much and will continue to help my professional growth and skills.
I hope you like it.

Thanks for watching
Giovanni Celeste

Congratulations, Gio! I remember what I did it 1997. And now I know that it was the year you started your business. Well - I think those 20 years are just the beginning, right? So here is to the next 20 years!

Keep on your good work, man!
