This is the Gallery of Giovanni Celeste

This new Gallery replaces the former "Masters Gallery", which will work from now on as pure archive. Here you will find not only the work and art from folks who sell whips, but also from folks, who create their whips out of pure passion. And we have an additional gallery. It is called "The Gallery - Making of".

Gio, congratulations!

Flemming, was that you at 0:50?
I'll give it a try, Dad, but it's going to be really hard...kind of like trying to saw something in half using a banana.

Mr. Celeste, by "whip number 361" I meant the whip from post nummber 361 (the last whip which you have posted in this thread with the "Z" in the heel knot) - It looks superb!

All the best

The black whip with the silver ferrule reminds me of the "Zorro" whip. I made some videos on natural roo hide whips and black nylon whips. But never on a black leather whip with such a ferrule. Perhaps it's time to do one. That whip does not only look very good, but artful, too!

I'm serious, Gio. I'm quite picky on what I do a review. And on whips/whip makers I will absolutely do not. I saw whips from you in that style and I really think that it is about time to do a video on such a whip. IF you think we should start such a project - just let me know.

Gio, heel knots! That smooth elegant taper Nd those fantastic heel knots mark all your whips as made by your hands. The falls are cut and finished perfectly, the bevel and (if I see this correctly?) "Back bevel" or a very slight bevel on the outside/skin side of the strands.
The Gaucho plait on the black whip handle, absolutely beautiful.
Perfection.

But the heel knots, and the fall hitches...!!!
The attention to detail is outstanding.

Beautiful work, my friend. Stunning.
