This is the Gallery of Giovanni Celeste

This new Gallery replaces the former "Masters Gallery", which will work from now on as pure archive. Here you will find not only the work and art from folks who sell whips, but also from folks, who create their whips out of pure passion. And we have an additional gallery. It is called "The Gallery - Making of".

@ Giovanni Celeste:

My greates compliments to your work Sir!!!

The stockwhip looks extremely elegant, I love the roohide belt you have made and the fact that the construction is making it possible to adjust the belt to almost any size within its lenght.
I also like how you carried out the arrow pattern to the end of the nylon whip (with the bright color beeing the dominant color before the fall hitch) - it looks fantastic!!!

All the best
Ben

Awesome Gio- how does it feel to do a simple 4 plait (but still fantastic!) working whip after doing highly intricate whips, belts, etc?

Tyler, there probably was some snoring involved.
He most definitely could do a 4 plait in his sleep.

:-) ahh ahh :-)
Thanks so much Tyler and Ron, actually many of my ideas or solutions to solve some problems on whipmaking, appear to me just before sleep, I swear :-) The night is really inspiring.
Re. four plait stock whip it was very exciting to make it for the simple fact that it was for more than 10 years since I was doing.
For some reasons I think that make a 4 plait whip can be a good test about the accuracy of own work.
When you plait with only 4 strands you can't wrong because every slightest inaccuracy or gaps, are immediately visible.
Again thank you so much!!

They're beautiful! Well done Gio, and if I had to pick one and only one as a favorite, the dark brown, but the heel knot on that last one-wow! That's a fine looking knot!!!

Very well done, Gio!

Yeah, the dark brown is my favorite too, but I also quite like the contrasting knots on the natural tan one. Great work as always Gio :)
