@ Ron May:
I have only done a single pass 6-7 TH with interweave as a heelknot on one whip so far. The measurements for the heel knot foundation had the same diameter that I used for the transition knots (overall 2 mm larger than the thong in diameter), only the lengh was a little longer (17 mm).
In terms of size its the smallest heelknot I have ever made but since I have medium to small hands it feels quite comfortable to me.
Here is a picture of it (I did it in one solid color but it is the same 6-7 TH with interweave that is shown in the Youtube videos that you have posted):

The whip "Blue Lightening" (AKA W2) is completed.
It needs to be cleaned up and waxed.
The heel knot needs a little adjusting to center the eagle but I
will do that just before waxing.
Now the hard part will be not cracking it very much before
waxing.
This one is light years ahead of the first one no doubt.
Thanks to every one in your support, guidance and advise.

Here's a video of the cracking of Blue Lightening.
It really is a heavy whip.

Mr. Robert, it does flow well, but being so heavy it kind of "jerks" my arm a little.
The transition is not near firm enough though.
I am not going to crack it much until I can wax it so I can see the difference in the performance after waxing.

Philbert, absolutely right.
I think the transition is not quite a 'noodle' like the Zombie Bumble Bee was
but most definitely needs to be bridged a lot stronger. I think the wax will help a little
but not nearly enough to cure it.
Thanks Roy.
I think the wax will help with the performance of the whip.
Taking out the air and making it more of a cohesive unit will make it better.
