I got the measuremnts with the help of the faceplait generator:
Just measure out how many strands of the seam will fit into the desired length of your handle one of your previous builds. In the next step you can start designing your fancy plaiting. Counting the strands at the seam with the faceplait generator will guide you precicely on how many pixels you got on and handle length. Just dont forget to keep in mind how long your knots are ging to be...

An older build that I haven't posted so far:
A 16 plait 6,5 foot hidden handle bullwhip with 2 bellies in coyote brown and caffe late Paracord. I did use the flip and shake method on this one and the pattern on the handle is twisted by 90 degree from the middle point on.
