Sven, that looks pretty good to me: nice and relaxed, but not floppy. Also, you're not gripping the whip too hard, which i find can interfere with the way my whole arm works - and is, I think, a fairly common fault for many people. Well done.

I'm pretty sure Robby hasn't given up on this, but he's been very busy in the studio. Also, I understand that he had a few days of migraine again at the end of last week, but he sent me a short e-mail yesterday saying he was better. I gather he has a new idea for a new exercise....

Thank you Rachel and Mr. Robert. I'm sorry to hear he had a migraine, but glad it's over again.

It's good to hear the 10/10 is still on track, I'm very excited for the new challenge.

Sorry to hear about the migraine coming back.
I too look forward to seeing the new drill he comes up with.

Sven, your video shows good progress!
It's very impressive that you've managed to stay so relaxed despite the strong winds and the limited space at your practice spot - well done!

I wasn't able to shoot a video of todays practice due to the combination of strong winds and rain in my area. The winds made it a bit more challenging to keep the thong running straight but I didn't go back to bad habbits and managed to avoid using too much force.

I'm relieved to hear from Robert that Robby hasn't given up on the 10/10 challenge and I'm sorry to hear that Robby has been suffering from another migrane attack - I hope you'll get well soon Robby!

All the best

Sven, that looks very smooth.
You are doing great with the limited area you have to practice in.

Thank you Ron and Ben. It's very impressive you didn't resort to your old habits Ben. I know how difficult it can be.

Guys, I just posted the new TVS introduction video for the new training series. Make sure to go and take a look and keep an eye out for the exercises. I'll post them as I see them.
