New rules for whip swaps

Sorry for coming late to the discussion. Robby, I understand the need for rules as it is very frustrating to see people pull out mid swap.

Roger - I concur. I think the way we conducted our swap worked quite well.

For the people who are not yet a one year full member but would like to have a one-on-one swap, please PM me and I will gladly participate. My whips are not masterpieces, but I'm slowly getting there.
If I can't run fast, I'll make slow look impressive.

Perfectly fair to me.

It's a shame for the one-on-one swap though but I fully understand the reasoning.
