@ Grant Weaver:

Thank you very much Sir!!!

The plaiting on this whip turned out nice compared to the ones I did before but there is some twisting in the seem at the end of the whip (at 7 plait and 5 plait).

Thank you very much Sir!!!

@ Ron May: I am even more amazed to see the end result of your overlay than I was when I complimented you on your checkerboard-plaiting. Incredible good work on your second (!!!) whip Sir!!! The care and patience for every step of the creation of your second whip definitely payed off. Congratulation...

@ Rachel McCollough: I am very impressed by all of your work Madam!!! The woodie bullwhip caught my eye in particular: I love the combination of the bright colored wooden handel with the black paracord. The checkerbord and birdseye on the beginning of the thong ad to the very elegant look of this wh...

@ Rachel McCollough: You are absolutely right Madam! @ Ron May: The "flip and shake method" is beeing used in order to avoid a"double overlaps": The picture below shows you an example for what I mean by "double overlap": http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/g378/Ben_Vars...

@ Ron May: I am very impressed by your work Sir!!! Making such a precise checkerboard pattern on your second (!!!) whip is just incredible. I know I was not even close to beeing as good as you in whipmaking on my second whip and not on my thrid or fourth... If you look at the picture of my "bar...

@ Mario Desgronte: Thank you very much Sir! @ Rachel McCollough: Thank you very much Madam! I am sure that it would take you less time than me tying THs like the ones on this whip: I have spend a lot of time trying to improove my THs but I think it would have probably been better if I had spend more...

@ Lasse Carenvall: Thank you very much Sir! I am far away from beeing good at tying THs: most of the time I am using the same THs (6 bight 7part with 2 passes and 6 bight 7 part with pinapple interweave) for my whips and therefore I know how big or small the knotfoundation needs to be for a certain ...

first 20 plait bullwhip

Hi everybody! In the picture below you can see my first 20 plait bullwhip. Ever since I had seen Robbys review of "the tank" by Keanu Shimaoka I have wanted a 20 plait bullwhip. I also had seen the 20 plait birdseye in another Youtube video and loved the looks of it. About the construction...

@ Ron May:

You are welcome Sir!
You are defenetly ready for this!!!

I know that mixed feeling (while whipmaking) of beeing exited on one hand and frustrated on the other hand-dont let this feeling bother you.
You are ready!!!

Greetings Ben.

@ Ron May:

The way you have documented the making of your second whip shows how much care, work thought you put into each step involved-I am impressed Sir!
I sometimes need to vent too-I think everbody does.
I am looking forward to see how the build of your second whip continues.

Greetings Ben!
