I am not a football fan, but here in Wisconsin, the Packer fans are hard core. I knew it would be inevitable to be asked to make a Packer whip. Here is is. 4 foot bull whip made in royal purple and sparking gold. TT core, 1 belly, and a 12 inch handle. It's very quick and very easy to crack despite the length. Thanks Ben. I think it helps kind of "lock" everything in until after the waxing and the whip has a chance to seat itself with use. Also, I see it as kind of a seal, so if someone says my whip isn't right, I can look to see if that strand has been cut or damaged. If it has I automatically ...

I have added weight at the heel and transition. When you have a heavy handle, it’s almost a must to have a lengthy whip, since the weight will travel forward. If the whip is too short, it’s just not going to crack without effort. You might want to try a weighted fall when you are finished, but at 7 ...

There is the next step. Exercises. There is a young gal who will be featured on TLC in January on Family by the Ton, who has been explaining the finer points of sitercize (she is very immobile due to weight), which I want to incorporate into a work out.
